Romelu Lukaku was arrested on July 2nd after police officers visited the player at his rented mansion in Beverly Hills six times over noise complaints.
The officers warned the player up to five times to turn down the music of his raucous party, after multiple complaints were made by his neighbours.
The 24-year-old, who is on the verge of joining Manchester United for £90 million after completing his medical, is scheduled to appear in Los Angeles Superior Court on October 2nd.
Sargeant Jay Kim revealed the striker was not handcuffed or formally booked, but merely given a citation.
